Ce colorant de source naturelle est soluble dans l'eau, il est idéal pour colorer vos gâteaux, macarons, crèmes ou encore vos glaçages. Sachez cependant qu'à la cuisson les colorants ont tendance à s'éclaircir.
Tonalité colorante : vert naturel
Dosage : 0,2% max soit 2g par kg.
Ingrédients : dextrose, colorant : chlorophylline cuivrique E141
