Ce colorant est soluble dans l'eau, il est idéal pour colorer vos gâteaux, macarons, crèmes ou encore vos glaçages. Sachez cependant qu'à la cuisson les colorants ont tendance à s'éclaircir.
Tonalité colorante : violet parme
Dosage : 0,04% max soit 0,4g par kg.
Ingrédients : dextrose, colorant : ponceau 4R - bleu brillant FCF, chlorure et sulfate de sodium.
